Casa Verde is a brand-new, detached 500 sq ft guest house in our Denver backyard, built for guests who care about a really good night's sleep. It has a Tempur-Pedic queen bed, a private hot tub right outside your door, and a quiet setting that makes it easy to switch off.
The space
Inside, you'll find a Tempur-Pedic queen bed with blackout curtains, a walk-in shower, and a kitchenette with a fridge (with ice maker), microwave, single electric cooktop, and both a Nespresso machine and a drip coffeemaker. Central heating and AC keep it comfortable year-round. 1 Gbps fiber internet and a streaming TV make it easy to unwind or get some work done.
The hot tub is private and just steps from your door, tucked in the back. Robes are provided, so you can go straight from the tub to the couch.
Guest access
The entire guest house and hot tub are yours, with self check-in and a private entrance. We live in the main house on the same property, so you get privacy and quiet, and we're close by if you need anything. There's plenty of free street parking right out front.
