We believe a great stay comes down to the details: crisp linens, good coffee, quiet morning light. Casa Verde is a private, newly built guest home in Denver's Park Hill neighborhood, thoughtfully designed for travelers who want the comfort of home with a little more intention behind it. Everything you need is here, in a space that's always your own.

Casa Verde is a detached, 500-square-foot guest home, newly built and designed for two. It's small by design, with every inch planned for comfort. You'll have the entire place to yourself, with self-check-in and your own private patio, courtyard, and hot tub.

The little things
Our mornings start with coffee, and we think yours should too, exactly the way you like it. Let us know your favorite coffee, creamer, or tea before your stay, and we'll have it ready. Prefer a café? Torpedo Coffee is just a three-block walk.

The neighborhood
Park Hill is one of Denver's most charming neighborhoods, with tree-lined streets, historic homes, and a quiet residential feel that's still close to everything. Oneida Park is just 3 blocks away with local restaurants, a coffee shop and the best soft-serve ice cream. City Park, the Denver Zoo, and the Denver Museum of Nature & Science are just 5 minutes away.
